Privacy Policy

Last Updated: 9/27/2026

Alpha Lee Insurance (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use our website (“Site”) and services.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following information when you interact with our Site or services:

  • Personal Information: Name, email address, phone number, mailing address, date of birth, and other information you provide when signing up or purchasing services.
  • Insurance/Consulting Information: Financial details you voluntarily share for service purposes.
  • Payment Information: Billing address and payment details (processed securely through third-party payment providers — we do not store full payment card information).
  • Technical Information: IP address, browser type, device information, and usage data.

2. How We Use Your Information

We may use your information to:

  • Provide, manage, and improve our services.
  • Respond to inquiries and customer support requests.
  • Process payments and transactions.
  • Send important updates, confirmations, or promotional communications (you can opt out anytime).
  • Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Service providers who help us operate the Site and deliver services (e.g., payment processors, email providers).
  • Measurement and advertising platforms (Google and Meta) when you have allowed analytics, limited to page activity, device information, and generic event names as described in Section 6.
  • Insurance carriers or related entities (with your consent) to complete insurance or consulting services.
  • Legal authorities if required to comply with law, regulation, or legal process.

4. Data Security

We use reasonable security measures to protect your information. However, no online transmission or storage system is 100% secure. You use the Site at your own risk.

5. Your Choices & Rights

  • You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.
  • You can allow, decline, or later change your tracking choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” control in the footer, or by contacting us.
  • You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by using the “unsubscribe” link or contacting us directly.
  • If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

6. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Our Site may use cookies and similar technologies to improve user experience, track usage, and analyze traffic. We use ProspectPoint, a third-party visitor-identification and retargeting service, which assigns a stable first-party identifier, records pages viewed, referrer, browser/user-agent information, and any contact token appended to email links, and may load additional retargeting scripts. With your permission we also use Google Analytics (Google LLC) to measure which pages and resources are helpful, and a Meta (Facebook) pixel to measure visits, calls, bookings and form submissions and to build website audiences for our advertising. These tags report page activity, approximate location derived from IP address, device/browser information, and which of our ads or links a visitor arrived from. They do not receive your name, email address, phone number, or any coverage or health details; we send only generic event names such as “page view,” “lead,” or “contact.” These technologies are loaded only after you choose “Allow analytics,” and we keep a record of when you decided and which notice you saw. Choosing “Decline” loads none of them. You can change your mind at any time with the “Cookie settings” control in the footer of every page, by clearing this site’s stored data in your browser, or by emailing info@alphaleeinsurance.com. You can also adjust your browser settings to refuse cookies or clear local storage, but some features may not function properly.

7. Third-Party Links

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites.

8. Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes will be reflected with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our Site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
